Long story short, I’ve been dealing with pain for many years and highly suspected I had endometriosis. I finally got exploratory surgery and they did confirm I have endo, but luckily all of my organs are okay and not under any concern for damage! Which honestly I feel like is the best outcome I could’ve had.
The team I had for my surgery also had no problem with having my nails done, and I’m very thankful! Having something shiny and fun to look at has definitely been helping my mood during recovery. I also got quite a few compliments from my care team! I’m hoping I’m feeling well enough in the next few days to try another magnetic polish!

Best wishes for your recovery from surgery. Hope the sandwiches when you woke up were delicious. And the bloat goes away quickly. It’s amazing how much a diagnosis can lift the weight of worry off your shoulders.
