Hello everyone! I havent made a post here since the mid 2000s. Life events and having jobs not be lacquer friendly had pulled me away from this sub and the hobby, but now I'm back!
This girly is lazybonez, so nothing too special went into the making of this mani. I didn't do a base coat. Just two coats of Sally Hansen Insta-dry in Shine Bright, and for the French tips I used one coat of a random dollar store polish called "Color Vibe – gel like shine" in the color Highlighter. Finished with two coats of the good ol' SH Insta-dry clearly quick.
All turned out way better than I was expecting. No notes for the Sally Hansen polises of course, but that dollar store polish was bad. It was a dollar so I can't really complain. Overall it was a very thick and unforgiving polish with an almost milky hue during applocation. I tried it first on a whole nail and its definitely better served as an accent polish.
However it isn't a completely terrible polish as under a black light these tips are screaming. Which is my favorite thing amd love about this particular look. In the video I tried to show it off in both the shadows and the light. Polish approved by my sweet Penny cat at the end. Thanks for the feedback back friends!
