My treatment plan is coming together. I need a IV port placed. 5 weeks of chemo and radiation and rest break and then surgery. I’m so lucky they think it’s stayed localised, that my job is safe, that I have insurance. It’s going to be a very different year than we planned. I still grieve for what isn’t but I’ll learn to appreciate what is. This color felt apt today.
