I usually do have peeling lips so I try to drink lots of water and to moisturize my lips all the time. Used quite lots of lip balm, but it either disappear or remain on my lips just coated but no hydration at all.
So, I ended up using Vaseline at first then tried out lip masks. After all my all time favorite is Laneige lip mask with berry scent and really helping my lips moisturized. The Instead one, I got it from korean friend. It also help my lips hydrated but not as much as Laneige. (not bad)
As lip maks are quite bothering to bring it in my bag so have you encounter lip balm like Laneige lip masks?

tocobo lip mask is better imo
I use the laneige every day. Love it. I even bought minis to put at various points around the house.
