Gotta say- was a bit disappointed in this one. Not nearly as many flakes in my swatches as the website ones/other swatches. The flakies really popped more in others’ photos, and theirs looked better in fewer coats. I swear this wasn’t a topper when I bought it, but it might as well be 🫠

I had the same experience. It’s definitely more like a topper.
I liked it, but it definitely took 3 very thick coats and some manipulation to get the flakie coverage that I wanted. I have heard that you might get better coverage with less effort if you sponge the flakes on, but I haven’t tried it myself!
I still haven’t received mine but it looks like the swatch photos to me. The swatches also showed patchiness. These types of jelly bases with large flakie formulas tend to need at least 3 coats for full-ish coverage with a bit of manipulation of the flakies for even distribution or the sponging method.
