How do I avoid these lumps/textures or how do I avoid them? It hard to see on camera. But it’s like to dents on my right nail. Some other nails have texture but it’s not that bad and almost unnoticeable
Want to share what i did. All gel products: base coat, 1 coat of color, no wipe top coat, chrome powder with another no wipe top coat on top. Cured each time a new layer of gel polish was applied.

Chrome powder accentuates texture. Your nail or polish layers weren’t perfectly smooth before applying the powder
