I finally used up this finishing powder from the limited edition Jelly fish holiday palette from Hourglass. The formula is very smooth, it makes my face look like I have a slight filter on. However, it does not control oil well. I think there are some brands that have some dupes with cheaper prices so I might not purchase a full size. I will give this powder a 4/5.
