🌱🌸March Manicures🌸🌱

Intentions:

This is my third month of manis post in my year of shopping my collection and loving my collection using a peel-off base coat (I use GAOY) and Sally Hansen insta-dri (red bottle) for the majority of my manicures (except when I KNOW I will want to wear a manicure for 3+ days, then I use Nailtiques Formula 2 as my base and the Sally as my top.)

* I have a rating system of:

* Island – I want it with me on a deserted island!

* WWA – I want to wear this again!

* Meh – Not really doing it for me but will try again

* Dislike – Will destash these

* And I enjoy doing my 77 year old mom’s nails whenever possible. And that my most timid kitty sits with me while my nails dry because he knows it’s a time he doesn’t have to worry about being picked up or anything. My other two kitties let him have this solo time with meowmy so I treasure it.

The above are my intentions for 2026 with enjoying this hobby.

I did well with manicures this month, especially considering that I was on a short vacation for five days and left my nails totally bare (I was in a humid place and I loved seeing all the dryness disappear like magic from the cold winter at home.)

2. Sassy Sauce Fuster Cluck: Island. Didn’t expect to love it as it is so green and usually but this was a show stopper.

3. OPI A-Rose at Dawn, Broke by Noon: Island! I sometimes have a hunch that I’ll LOVE an older/rare OPI and hunt it down, and this was one of those… it did not disappoint – so pearly and frosty and delicate.

4. Boldfish Eye Candy: Island – did on my mom too and she also loved them! I was flattered to see someone from here posted my photo of this polish to the Boldfish FB group! This polish was amazing.

5. Clionadh Psilocin: I WILL try it again but this was a meh for me. I tried it velvet, cat eye, glass bead, one to three coats… I will try again but not hopeful. Meh.

6. Phoenix You Can’t Just Krill People: Soooo glowy and bright. Loved!

7. Cirque Colors Retail Therapy: What a fantastic summer color – neon in all the right ways. WWA.

8. pop arazzi Festival Lights: Pictures don’t do this crème justice. Really a striking and beautiful color.

9. Cirque Colors Pinky’s Up: Island – this was so delicate and lovely and SO SPARKLY!

10. Clionadh Sangre de Drago: I wanted to love this magnetic but it was just meh on me. I tried it with Cirque XOXO jelly in a sandwich and looked it better with it but still meh.

11. Phoenix Life: This company’s formulas are so smooth. This was a WWA or want to wear again for me.

12. Color Vibe Crystal Berry: Got this from Dollar Tree and thought it was pretty good for the price. WWA.

13. Clionadh Autumn Acres: SO UNIQUE. Looks like fall leaves. So so so beautiful. Island!

14. OPI Lima Tell You About This Color: This crème was an amazing palate cleanser – I felt very springy and cheerful. I can’t wait to wear this one again.

15. KBShimmer Charmed Life: A beautiful magnetic that I so disliked on me. It somehow highlighted all the wrong parts of my hands? I took it off after one day.

16. Did fun third-day-mani toppers on my Retail Therapy mani. Toppers were ORLY Let’s Go G!rls, ORLY Turn It Up, and Le Mini Macaron Confetti Crush. It was fun and my nephews got a kick out of it.
