    Favourite polish to Mattify?

    Ive been on a bit of a Matte top coat spree lately. My current favourite thing is to mattify a velvet magnetised manicure. Please let me know what polishes/finishes you love seeing matte instead of glossy.

    – Stay put hydrating base KBShimmer

    – Force of Nature Bees knees lacquer

    – Express dry top coat Essence

    – Matt my day Catrice

      I’ll be honest, I’ve never seen the appeal of matte but THIS mani is really stunning… I have force of nature, maybe I should go grab a matte tc!!

      I love the look of mattified multichromes. I’ll put ILNP Mayfield (a multichrome flake topper) over a creme and then a matte top coat over it.
      Also your cat is beautiful.

      Whoa I’ve never thought to mattify a magnetic! I’ve never been a fan of matte nails, but love how this looks! 💚

      Does anyone find that the matte top coat starts to get shiny after a few days? I’ve tried several and they all do it. Any suggestions?

      I prefer a matte topcoat to a glossy one, so everything is my honest answer! I do particularly love mattefying chromes, like ILNP’s Nostalgia and Orbit, though.

      I love the look of all matte polishes, but hate how anyone slight mistake is very obvious so I dont do it much.

      I’ve only done it once and can’t even remember which polish it was, but a mattified metallic was stunning!! I’ve never considered a magnetic though wow 😍
