Anyone with experience with these Japan/Korean Haircare products? (UNOVE Heating Guard No-wash Treatment, Mise En Scène Perfect Styling Serum, Oshima Tsubaki Pure Camellia Oil, UNOVE Detangling Heat Protectant Spray, and Kaminomoto Medicated Shampoo B&P)

Hi everyone,

Have any of you used these haircare products before? Or, if you haven’t, what products would you recommend?

I’m looking for products that can protect my hair from heat styling tools, make it look shiny, and make my hair ends look/feel less dry. (Bonus if it makes my hair smell nice too.)

I’m also looking for a clarifying shampoo that is fungal acne-safe (ideally) that can help with getting rid of product buildup from hair powders, hair oils, hair masks, etc.

My hair type:

• straight, black, virgin hair

• low porosity

• dry ends

I heard the Mise en scène styling serum helps with keeping curls up longer. I’ve used the original version (the orange one), and I like it, but I want to try a different version.

I’ve used the leave-in treatment recovery balm from Moremo (it’s a product for heat protection + damaged hair). It weighed my hair down a lot, so I’m now skeptical about trying another leave-in treatment.

I’ve also used the hair mask from UNOVE (the deep damage hair treatment mask one) and thought it was too heavy and made my hair feel dry.
