I picked this one up with At The Arcade, which I wore before I started posting here. Graffiti Artist is a really fun shade with lots of multicolor glitter and a playful, messy look that I ended up liking a lot.

Like most of the Pop•arazzi lacquers I’ve tried, the formula was a little annoying to work with. That said, I do think I’m getting better at applying their lacquers, so this one went more smoothly than I expected.

Overall, it’s a toot 🎉 from me. I’d give it a 7/10, and it’s safe from my upcoming Pop•arazzi destash.

I also have to give a shoutout to the base coat. Fortifying Ridge Filler by Londontown dries quickly, blurs imperfections, and helps level ridges. It also seems to add some strength. Not a magic bullet, but it definitely helps.
