Just placed an order for the indie beauty brand that belongs to Angelica Nyquist. I accidentally ordered two of the same cour of blush and wanted to change one – the label hasn't been printed or shipped but apparently their policy is that nothing can be modified.
I'm just disappointed because I've never had this type of customer service from an indie makeup brand before. I expressed my disappointment and they pointed me to their policies.

    I understand this is frustrating but it’s not really bad customer service.

    I would never expect to be able to change an order after the fact. If a company did allow me to, I’d consider that above and beyond.
