im new to makeup and honestly a bit overwhelmed by the variety, especially with so many similar shades 🙁 help me figure out what to get and what’s not worth it please! recs for matte, gloss, tints are appreciated 🩷
The first thing to figure out is what skin tone you are. It’s the worst to pick a colour you’ve set your heart on, but turns out it doesn’t look great. Some brands have a guide on what colours best match types of tone.
Took me way too long to figure this out.

I rlly like the peri pera water bare tint (mine in shade mute paradise). Nice stain and pigment.
