Hello from No Kings Minneapolis-St. Paul!

My technique leaves something to be desired: I smeared a couple of letters pretty badly when applying the matte topcoat. I also did this manicure on Wednesday, so it's a little rough around the edges. But I think the concept makes up for it. No Kings, Fuck ICE.
