I was excitedly awaiting my Bee’s Knees Lacquer order today, and I opened it the second it arrived. Unfortunately, the cap on For the Fans was broken, and there was a beautiful mess inside the packaging (good thing they seal their bubble wrap!). (I’ve already reached out to customer service, so hopefully they’ll send another quickly.) I had to share the sadness with the people who would understand!

This happened to me once with them – they let me keep the polish and sent me a new one right away. I hope they do the same for you.
If you haven’t seen it, search this sub for the lacquerista who managed to rescue/revive a broken polish! It was incredible. They posted within the last 2-3 months. I think you could absolutely make a side project out of rescuing this.
