I recently started a contract job in HR for a stuffy hotel which I follow all dress code rules to a T for and cover my tattoos (optional) for extra measure. Business casual attire here, but apparently I can’t wear my nails!
There’s no verbiage in our handbook regarding nails. If I was working with the guests, or in the kitchen I would totally understand, but I sit alone in an office all day and made them so they wouldn’t interfere with typing/printing/scanning all day. Boy am I bummed! Posting here so they can live on as I begrudgingly remove them.

I was joking I know it’s not practical to get a new job it would just suck to have to take them off 😩maybe best not to rock the boat too much if you just started 😬
