Blurple base that leans cobalt with a strong shimmer that flashes sapphire and icy cyan. It looks deep in indirect light and much brighter in direct light.
Shown here in 3 coats on Allisa nail tips, topped with Tenacious Glaze.
Base coat is recommended as this one can stain.
