I’m looking for a new lightweight toner that works well under makeup as I’ve used up the last of my discontinued Innisfree Cica/Bija Toner😭 it was very calming and never pilled under my lotion or makeup. It was a pretty watery consistency which I loveddddd. Preferably no exfoliants or niacinamide if you have any recs!!
