For some reason my isolated chrome has just not been working. I do a matte top coat, then use top coat for the design, then put chrome on top but it still sticks to the matte. I feel like it used to work, it would be satisfying and only stick to the design. Also, if i wipe the excess off slightly it takes the chrome on the design with it sometimes. Also when i use topcoat so i have to use a separate top coat for chrome because it gets a lot of little glitter on it. how can i improve it?
