Nude jelly (like Cracked Spill the Tea) and glossy topcoat
Depending on your undertones you can shift into something pinker (Cirque Rose or Rosewater Jelly) or whiter (Cirque Linen Jelly). You can also lean into lavender. I’m neutral cool and pale and I use Rosewater for that gel-like MNBB look

This looks like a pinky/nude jelly – Cirque Rose Jelly looks a lot like this.
Plus a lot of cuticle oil lol

I think the key to these types of “barely there/seamless” looks is knowing your skin undertone and what colors work best with your skin. Like if you have a cool undertone you need a cool toned pink, if you’re cool but applying warm colors, it will noticeably clash. Once you know your skin tones (or if you already know!) I would look for a light pink jelly or crelly that goes with it (Cracked has several options like Spill the Tea, Brownie Pink, Pinkie Pink, Peachy Pink, etc…). And maybe a gel effect (not actual UV gel) top coat to get the soft squishy look?

I love Glisten & Glow’s ridge filler and topcoat for that plush, shiny gel-like effect with regular lacquer. Depending on your complexion, the exact colored polish for the look will vary. It’ll definitely be a jelly or crelly for the slightly sheer look.
