I think it’s cat eye as you can see the particles. Usually with chrome I find it looks more solid.

Cat eye. It looks like it was painted over a stencil or sticker to get the negative space design. It doesn’t look like chrome to me at all, speaking as a nail tech.

Looks like cat eye to me. Especially because on the pinkie it has “brighter” on one side because of the tilt of the hand.
