These white edges suddenly appeared on and around my polish just now. It looks like there's a substance on top, but it can't be scraped off. The only thing I was handling that I think it may be was 90% rubbing alcohol trying to clean off sticker residue. Is this a known reaction? And can it be fixed without removing the polish? Just to be clear, this didn't happen over time. I just painted them a couple of days ago and they were looking great, and this just abruptly appeared. I'm wearing Canmake polish in N70 Rose Milk Tea if it matters, with ORLY Rubberized Bonder base coat and Sally Hansen Hard as Nails top coat.

This is from the rubbing alcohol for sure. I have noticed this happening underneath my gel extensions when I am doing a process that involves cleansing with rubbing alcohol. Since it only happens underneath my nails I’m not sure how you would fix it I just leave it lol. I would maybe try a layer of top coat.
