do skittles count as nail art?

i am biased cause i can’t do nail art (and stamping still isn’t quite doing it for me) but i think putting colors together that look good takes a certain skill 💅🏼

i asked a friend to pick a color but then i couldn’t stop myself from turning it into a skittle cause i thought these would all look good together and i’m a maximalist ✨
