This isn't a glow in the dark polish. It literally is just so perfectly highlighter yellow that it emits its own light somehow? Customer service was a dream. My package had the address printed wrong initially, and they re-shipped it AND included another (badass) color for free. I'm absolutely smitten and hope they push out more neons because these vibes are immaculate.
Base: kbshimmer moisturizing base coat.
Color: 1 coat Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear "White On" and 2 coats Fail Polish "Launch Me Into the Sun.

Thank you for posting this! They were on my short list and for the life of me I could NOT remember those brand’s name!! It was driving me insane and I had just resigned myself to never knowing lol
Ugh I need this. I used to paint my nails with whiteout and then color them with highlighter and I’ve been chasing that high ever since.
I have bought all three of their polishes and I’m just desperately waiting until they release their next polish so I can order that one too!
