this product is manufactured in Thailand.

  • Personal info: dry Asian skin type.

I guess I would start off by saying that I generally like the Nivea products made in Thailand. Me and my family member have tried a few products before, they all have parfum but I honestly think the past Nivea products that I have tried were tolerable, some were decent, some were "ehhh, it's not god-awful so I give it a pass".

Except for this one. Me & my family member were at the mall to look for a new moisturizing cream/lotion because their hands were getting kinda dry due to the weather, we saw this & chose to buy it.

This is an okay body lotion, but the thing that put me off using this body milk product is the parfum, the smell is just so overbearing. I can't stand the smell. And please, whenever a brand uses the word "milk" to market their product, can they just make their product actually smell like milk for once? 😭. This one smells like one of those X-men shampoo products, I'm being so serious, it smells nothing like milk. I was expecting it to smell like yogurt or sth.

For the moisturizing aspect, I guess it does do its job decently, and it quickly absorbs into your skin, this is what I like the most about Nivea products, it doesn't leave that sticky & greasy feeling on your body after applying the lotion.

In hindsight tho, if I could travel back in time, I would have chosen to buy the Cerave moisturizing cream over this, tbh. The Cerave moisturizing cream has a thicker texture (that my dry body skin type loves) and it has no parfum.
