Product? Peripera V Shading in 01 Natural Brown! I’ve had this for 2.5 years, used it almost every school day, and has been with me to various places (hence the scuff marks and obvious wear). It’s actually been panned for a while now, I just got the opportunity to post it now, the packaging is sturdy! I tend to be *very* clumsy, which means that I drop things and knock items over almost on a daily basis. I’m surprised the hinge didn’t break at all 😭
I really like this product, but wouldn’t say I love it for what it does— it gets the job done and was my first contour pallet, so as much as I want to give it such high praise I still need to be honest now that I have more experience with other contour powders. I’ve experienced little to no fall out with this, and it’s not messy at all! It’s always expected that Korean makeup products have a tendency to be sheer and not all that pigmented due to them often catering to fair skin, but this product can be applied repeatedly for more pigment unlike my experience with MISSHA cotton contour. I have a Kaleidos contour pallet which is the best I’ve ever experienced and am currently going though, I’ve already hit pan on the highlighter portion of it. If you have oily skin I don’t really recommend this because it disappears on the nose and begins to look muddy even though I’ve set it correctly, I don’t think it can handle *very* oily areas which was my younger self’s case. I haven’t experienced the muddiness with Kaleidos yet despite it not being made for oily skin in mind. I’ve been using the same pressed powder very early on with both products before I switched to a loose powder down the line. Before you say that I was over my oily skin when I switched to Kaleidos, there was a period where it became oily again which was how I was able to compare them both equally.
I’d say it’s a 6.8/10 on an objective level, but in terms of how emotionally attached I am it’s a 10/10 lol.
