I was given a bundle of gel and acrylic nail products, it included these small containers of powder/glitter but I don’t know what they are. Some contain glitter and some are just fine coloured powder.
It’s not normal glitter as when I dipped a basecoat covered swatch stick in the glitter wouldn’t stick.
I tried reverse image searching but no luck. Can anyone tell me what this product is and how it’s used?

Looks like dip powder, although those seem small (maybe they are samples?)
Looks like a chrome powder usually applied with a small eyeshadow applicator over your nail polish.
