This is the Catrice Makeup Freezing Powder. I got this forever ago in a limited edition and never used it (no idea why). For my project pan, I used this to mattify my T-zone. It's a good translucent powder, but… Nothing special lol. Took me a few months of daily use with a fluffy brush to use it up.
