Product: E.l.f Instant Lift Waterproof Brow Pencil, Neutral Brown
Im not crazy about this brow pencil, I honestly expected better. In my case this brow pencil didnt leave much of a mark when applied to my brows, so didn't see much of a difference. The color shown on the packaging looks much darker than it actually was. The cool thing about this pencil is that it does come with a spoiler which is very convenient. I'm sure that this product is perfect for a lot of people but not for me.
I can't recall when I bought this elf pencil or how much it was. Currently it's around $4 for 0.18g. but I wouldn't repurchase.
My previous brow pencil was from Lottie London which I loooved but is now discontinued. The pencil I'm using after panning this elf pencil is an L.A Colors Brow pencil which is much more pigmented and cheaper ($1~ for 1.5g), although without a spoolie.
