Leaked Labs New Episode: Demo on Using Wet vs. Dry

I know I posted originally the episode showcasing their new flexible powder. This video demonstrates how you can use it wet vs. dry.

My opinion: it gives no pigment when applied wet and having to wet a product every time to use it seems annoying and extra. If I wet the product, does it change the flexible texture into a sticky, gummy mess? I’m not sure how to feel about needing a liquid to activate only this level of shimmer and shine.
