I’ve been going through a bit of depression lately, and I’ve really neglected self-care. I don’t know if anybody can relate to that.
My work has been so toxic, and I’ve been working really hard to not get laid off, but then I just got fired.
Anyway, I have to move house, and I have so much stuff. I haven’t bought anything all year, yet I have so many products. I don’t think I have to buy makeup ever again for the rest of my life.
Here’s what’s featured in this pic:
1. I love blushes from the brand Canmake in Asia because this little bronzer blush shade was so little and I panned it within three months or four months.
2. I really love the soft glam foundation from ELF. It’s so easy to blend and has a really lovely satin finish. It reminds me of my NARS foundation. You do need to layer it, though, if you want good coverage. This is sort of a medium coverage foundation.
3. This is a dupe from the brand Milky on Temu of the Milk Makeup Blush, Jelly Blush. It sucked. It fell out of its container, but I was already more than three quarters of the way through, so yeah, good lasting power, though.
4. The glow-up serum is from the brand Be Pure from Dollar Tree. This smelt awful, and it was supposed to be a dupe of Glow Recipe, but I think Dollar Tree has way better serums.
5. Mario Badescu Brightening Mask with Vitamin C. I really like this mask. It’s like a white mud mask, and it didn’t really see any brightening, but it did help dry out some whiteheads.
6. This is the Skin 1004 Centella Brightening Cleanser. I really didn’t like this cleanser. It felt very gentle. It foamed up okay, but I think the other lines within the Centella range are much better for foaming, for cleansing. Note that I was double cleansing with this as well.
