What gel is this?

hi! im new here and Google has been a bit over whelming….

is builder gel the one where I can mold into shapes without it sticking to my fingers or pens? or is it polygel? I like this a lot. the thick malleable type of clear paste that's not runny. I was told paste, but Amazon doesnt have anything popping up. any reccs?
