I got this for Christmas and opened it about 2 weeks ago. It hasn’t broken me out or anything but I do notice a banana smell everytime I use it. Is that normal ? Does anyone else smell the banana lol. It’s not an unpleasant smell but I just fear it may have gone bad , any information appreciated lol

I get why that would make you nervous. A slight banana-ish smell can actually be normal, especially if the formula has fatty alcohols, certain emulsifiers, or fermented/plant extracts — they can give off that sweet scent even without added fragrance. If the texture, color, and performance haven’t changed and it’s only been open 2 weeks, it’s unlikely to have gone bad. I’d only worry if the smell suddenly turns sour/rancid or the consistency separates!
