It’s the same size/shape and everything except one thing. The right one is the one that was recommended by my surgeon. I asked to see a bit more natural one (less defined) and he showed me the left one. The right one has half millimeter difference, it has more definition and rotation in the tip as I want a more defined nose from the front which is what I care about the most, my front profile–but I am going towards a cute soft dolly look (not fake) and the surgeon said that the right one is what would suit my features best. I will get rib cartilage rhinoplasty. I would really appreciate your honesty. Thank you.

I think the left looks more natural for your side profile, but not quite sure how the right side will look from the front too.
I have no reasoning for this, but I like the left pic better!
