I posted a little while ago looking for something with similar vibes to Holo Taco's Lemon Sucker and this one is pretty close! It's slightly warmer than what I wanted, which is why I brightened it up a bit with a white base, but it definitely meets the "sun and rainbows and candy" brief.
ILNP describes it as a scattered holo, but I feel like it's really a subtle linear, especially under sunlight.
