I finally painted my nails after 10 years (the photos was taken after the painting so the excess on my skin is now gone). I painted them in hopes it'll help me not pick at my nails while I wait for them to grow and hopefully strengthen them. So far after 24 hours it is mostly working.
Any tips for next time?
