It’s so shiny!✨

Starrily Pulsar. It’s a micro mini linear holographic with like an iridescent blue/pink/purple shimmer to it. It didn’t film the best but it’s pretty. Cracked ridge filler base and Seche Vite top coat (not my fav but I had shit to get done today). I think Starrily overtook Mooncat as my favorite. I just wish they restocked more.
