This is Penelope Luz Wisteria, from HHC. 2 coats, no base coat, then drk magic effect and 5d glass bead spinner, then Sally Hansen red bottle quick dry top coat.

Love this, the shift is gorgeous! When you add the quick dry topcoat do you wait for the DRK to fully dry? And does the quick dry topcoat disperse any of the magnetisation?
