I used up this blurring balm powder this morning. It took me about 2 months to finish this mini size. The formula feels like a cleansing balm and has an oily scent. I used it as a primer, it does not make my makeup cakey or heavy, it controls oil pretty well too. I might consider buy it in full size. If anyone has primer recommendations for oily please let me know too.
