I’m also in the UK, have you tried Prism Polish? I’m not able to check exact names for you right now but they have a few grey-toned colours that I think you could get close to this effect if combined with one of their toppers (maybe Turple? It’s a teal-purple shift topper in a milky white almost transparent base).
Not sure if they’ll have this exact shade but maybe something close to what you’re looking for!
