the lip butter balm here was a vile hate pan. Because of how non-hydrating and helpful it is. It worked as a base for the lip tint, but it always kept peeling and creating white lines. It's the reason i bought lip scrub — it's the White Lines Final Boss! I wonder why I kept using it, probably out of obligation as the one who received it as a gift (not all dollar store items are helpful)
The lip tint here is found at Marshalls. It's very cool and weightless on your lips, but it needs a hydrating base to pop out. It also got dirty really quick and scratched all around, so it encouraged me to pan it out faster (i like my used products neatly consumed). I cant reach for the rest of the product….. Oh well, I rate this 7/10. Great product, just easy to ruin no matter how much I clean it!
