Seafoam fairy nails 🪷 ft. Penelope Luz Radiant Soul

Pictured in bright indirect light, indoors and outdoors… plus my clunky attempt to capture the hot pink flash on my thumb lol we got there eventually y’all!

I was so hoping this would come back into stock 🥹 Initially it caught my eye as a Bog Dweller alternative, but the more I looked at the product pics, the more I was like, *I need specifically THIS polish* (unusual for me since I’m someone who values having lots of options that I can use with abandon). All I can say is that the Brazilian brands are *cooking* because wowww. This is hands down the prettiest polish in my collection rn. I want to try a skittle next with ILNP Skye and Lightwave, because they have a similar pastel translucency with a striking pink/copper flash.

Products: Cracked Ridge Filler, 3x Radiant Soul (magnetized third coat for 1 min), Sally Hansen InstaDry (magnetized for 2 min). I use the rig from AnActualCat which my partner 3d printed me for Christmas + a 30lb horseshoe. I picked up a couple of inexpensive hourglass timers and 10/10 would recommend, they make timing manis a lot simpler and less irritating.

Notes: the polish is quite sheer and definitely needed all three coats to achieve good color saturation. I use the Cracked Ridge Filler as a blurring base and it helps conceal VNL nicely. Would probably benefit from a few drops of lacquer thinner — the polish went on smooth but was a bit thick and took longer to set between coats / stayed vulnerable to dings after top coating for longer than I’m used to.

Also unfortunately for my wallet I’m now a Color4Nails stan lol. Shipping was fast and they have so many unique, beautiful polishes you can’t get elsewhere. I managed to avoid getting bit by the MC/BKL/PPU bug so I guess this is my hype to bear lmao 😩
