Friends, I just got my laquerista brain blown…..
This is probably my most unique polish because it does this magic trick. When you apply it is looks nice but like every (boring) fucking purple /magenta. Nice, but nothing special.
However, the moment you apply the topcoat it turns into the most vibrant, mind-blowing fuchsia you can imagine. Even these pic do not do it justice, I need to take some pics in daylight because honestly it is otherworldly.
Also, this magic in a bottle was just 3 Euros. However, I don't think it is widely available anymore because I think the brand is not making nail polish anymore?
This is 1 coat of Mooncat Hardcore Base, 2 coats of Metallic Fuchsia by KleanColor and 1 coat of MC Speed Demon (just on the right finger).
I was doing some digging on great polishes that are available in EU and saw alot of (mostly old) posts about KleanColor. Alot of negativity but everyone was saying the line with the metallic colors is great … and boy where they right. Since I found them and it was so cheap I thought I will just try them out. I have some more colors that I will try out soon.
Does anyone have some other color recommendations from KleanColor? I mean – the polishes smell horrible but the payoff is great. And I can always use a scented topcoat haha

I find a lot of my flakies and glitters look so much better after top coat. I think it helps will dispersing the light onto all the flakes
How the heck does it change the color so much?? I thought you were dupe hunting from the pic alone. That’s crazy.
I believe it’s called “color bleeding”.
Usually water based top coat will prevent the bleeding effect if you don’t want it.
Some indie polishes specifically advertise when the color bleeds with top coat so the consumer can choose which final look they want.
