I don't have a dotting tool so I used the rounded end of a toothpick. The polka dots ended up bigger than I wanted but I'm overall happy with how they turned out! It was very stressful though, especially when I tried to topcoat it and realized the colors were bleeding. I'm not sure I'll be regularly doing nail art but I'm glad I tried it!
Base coat: Revlon Quick Dry Base Coat
Color: OPI Suzi Shops and Island Hops on thumb, pointer, middle finger, and pinky (as well as the dots on the ring finger). OPI Color So Hot It Berns on the ring ringer
Topcoat: Cuticula Limitless Top Coat

So cute!!!!!
Very cute
One thing I’ve learned is paint color, do top coat, paint design, do top coat again! It helps the keep the base color from bleeding. Also float the top coat as much as possible, don’t brush it in too strongly.
