This mani was for the fun "Secret Cupid" collab where I was assigned a friend on insta and had to make a mani as a present for them. Super fun and inspiring! My giftee said she loved black and vampy Valentine's shades so I knew I wanted to go down the dark route and this pseudo lacy, vampy dark Valentine's design popped out! I wanted a dark jelly base to build it on and Familiar Smoke was the perfect sheer black jelly background for it. Then this sexy ass deep red with a gold shimmer looked like rich velvet mixed with the black dotting tool making it lacy!
