Excited to share this year’s performance and my pan tracking spreadsheet🔥
As a corporate girlie who speaks in Excel, updating my pan tracking spreadsheet is a micro joy in everyday life! Yay to finishing products and getting my money worth😆
Hi! I am back again with my huge collection of skincare pan in 2025 (to be exact, February 2025 until January 2026). Swipe to see my good ol’ Excel tracking sheet.
As always, I set targets of how many items I wanted to pan for each of the category at the start of the year and then compared how I did during the year. My panned to target ratio for 2025 was 113% (without counting samples and minis) and 133% (counting samples and minis), it seems I keep slightly underestimating myself.
Overall, I think my consumption was generally aligned with expectations. I also calculated the replacement rate (i.e., the rate at which I bought new products to “replace” the old ones) which was at 103%, this means that the size of my skincare collection will remain roughly the same and that I did not buy more than I needed to (yay!)
Here are the list of all the products. I marked each one with colour coding indicating my personal opinion on the Excel spreadsheet, feel free to ask for review of any particular product and I’ll respond in the comments!
