This one surprised me! She’s not the sparkliest or the shiftiest, but “Blue Light” from Essie’s Glass Nails collection is almost transparent and reminds me of Jellies sandals from the 80s. I love how it looks in a jelly sandwich w Holo Taco’s “Shooting Star Taco”.
