I finished this eyeliner from Urban Decay, I know there’s still some product left but I cannot sharp it anymore and the tip is way too big for my liking to use. I got this as a Sephora points exchange, it is a mini size and took me about almost a year to finish. The formula is creamy but does not stay put on my eyelid. It smudged on my bottom eyelashes in just about 1 hour. Therefore, I will never buy it. I will give it a 1/5.
If anyone has eyeliner recommendations for oily eyelid, please let me and everyone know! Thanks!
