For some reason, despite being super tired, I chose to work with two new, notoriously finicky formulas!
I wanted to try Bog Dweller to do some painting and top coat tests, but didn't want to do a full BG manicure (yet)! Clearly I need a smoothing base coat under BG to hide my vertical nail ridges and am waiting on a non-Toulene top coat that's coming in the mail. And could probably do a blurring base and thinner coats with the KP to avoid that bubbling.
Base: Holo Taco – Peely Base
Base 2: OPI – Bonder Base
* Polish on M & R: 2 coats of BKL – Bog Dweller *
* Polish on T I & P: 3 coats OPI – Kyoto Pearl *
Top Coat 1 on M & R: Maniology – Smudge Free Top Coat (Trying to use this up, I don't support this brand)
Top Coat on all nails: KB Shimmer – Clearly on Top

Beautiful manicure! How on earth did you get such a good application on Kyoto Pearl? I switched out my brush to make it easier, and I still struggle, and I don’t typically struggle with pearl finishes! You did a fantastic job! I need to get better at sponging the final layer on, maybe! Haha
