I bought Get Lobstered from the Black Friday sale and repours which was one of three orders from BKL… and that order was the only one to not show up. Lost in the post and still hasn’t arrived.
I emailed BKL to see what they could do and they so graciously offered to replace these polishes which I was not expecting. So of course I broke my no buy rule for 2026 as well and they added the replacements to my order. I cannot even tell you how happy I am to have these polishes as I’ve tried for over a year to get even just one bottle.
Anyways, BKL is literally my favorite and this solidified that feeling. They went above and beyond for me and I have no words to express how thankful I am for them doing this for me.
